The Library stores the right to cancel a reservation for organizations that do not honor the commitments or for noncompliance with the Conference Room regulations. All of the fees has to be paid prior to the beginning of your meeting. Not any open fire including wax lights or incense are allowed. All components used in the rooms data room solutions must be returned at the end with the meeting.
The Jeanne Jessica Gaulke Community Meeting Room at the Hood River Selection is available for non-profit board meetings, public proceedings and concert events and shows. There are two rooms readily available for sessions as high as two hours. A landline phone and a whiteboard are provided for the room. The room may accommodate approximately 49 persons.
